Let's Decide Together

<p>Let's Decide Together is an accessible workbook for anyone interested in practicing sociocracy with children ages 5-12. Adults can use it to make more</p><p>values-aligned egalitarian and inclusive decisions together with children in the home at school clubs neighborhood groups or in any group where adults and children are empowered to decide together.</p><p>Have you ever asked with children: Who will do the chores? Where will we go on a field trip? What will we have for dinner? Often when working with children adults will make these decisions for them leading to an authoritarian dynamic and conflict.</p><p>But how can we build trust empower and teach children to collaborate and decide for themselves? Sociocracy can provide a useful framework for deciding with children leading to healthy relationships enhanced collaboration skills and children's empowerment.</p>
