Or a drug-addled lawyer wanting to leave a second rate casino. Or a drug-addled girl from Kansas realizing that the poppies are poisoned. You might hear it from gang leaders to police detectives. The apparition of a dead army friend might say it at group therapy. A skeleton might have fallen to the ground in front of a haunted house and the teenagers who see it shout it. Or a walking skeleton might be scared and tell his fellow skeletons the line. </p><p> </p><p>This line is all over the place.</p><p><br>This list book presents nearly 200 examples from 1932 to 2025 that have this line in it.
