Tired of ending up in the same situationships? Feel like your ex might not be ht only problem? Are you ready to take a look at yourself from a reflective lens? The #LEVELUPCHALLENGE is developed to promote increased #selflove and improved #selfesteem through #selfreflection. The challenge will involve a daily reflection of you your surroundings life experiences and your belief systems. You will be challenged to know and love yourself while evaluating setting and/or changing your expectations standards goals and boundaries. During this time you will be encouraged to journal daily and invited to participate in a Facebook group with other women who have committed to #levelup!
