In today''s environment bankruptcy of legal entities is an extremely common legal practice. It is important to understand that economic conditions in recent years have catalyzed the problems of financial order. Initiation of bankruptcy procedure has a positive dynamics which is determined by the statistics of this phenomenon. At present more and more scientists are attracting attention to the study of the problems of bringing the debtor''s controlling persons to civil-legal responsibility. Attempts are made to theoretically study the issues of civil and legal responsibility of the head of the debtor and other persons in bankruptcy cases as well as there is a rethinking of previously expressed ideas the analysis of the legislation of foreign countries is carried out.
