About The Book

The purpose of this research is to study the consequences that organizational changes such as those implemented by a liberated company can have on the individual. It focuses on themes related to the quality of life in the workplace. In order to account for this influence it was chosen to rely on the theory of social representations. It is therefore the representation of the employees'' experience at work that is measured with on the one hand employees of traditional companies and on the other hand employees belonging to a liberated company. This comparison makes it possible to testify to the effects of the measures implemented by this movement and thus to validate or not its positive influence on people''s relationship with their work.
