This book is filled with life's lessons in poetry and quotes about the author's daily encounters. Facing life as he views it from the vast influences from his political and cultural activist artist sociologist and a counselor's life. In here you will see over-lay illustrations depicting the message of each poems which can also serve as a coloring book for your indulgence. I choose to present them in black and white to let you know that I had much-colored friends in my life but I have few friends who talk to me about what they're going through. Depression and Mental health are widely discussed nowadays but there are just few people who reach out to talk about their struggle. It's a day in the life of a multi-potentialist.
