<p>This is the story of the last person (Percy Yates) to grow up in the Gamekeepers Cottage Jumbles Bradshaw Bolton from the age of 7 to 24 years old covering the years of 1922 to 1939.</p><p> </p><p>It takes the reader into a world and time very different from today and provides a fascinating insight of working class life around Bolton during the 1920s and 1930s the experiences and outlook of daily life during that period.</p><p> </p><p>It relates vividly of what life was like to live in the Gamekeepers Cottage Bradshaw and Bolton for a young boy developing into a young man and tells of his encounters Gamekeeping Duties pastimes and his family's experiences.</p><p> </p><p>A totally different world from today.</p>
