He Has Advanced Degrees In Political Science Counseling Psychology And A Doctorate In Public Administration. He Received Recognition As A Fellow By The American Association On Mental Retardation For Meritorious Contributions To The Field. He Was Nominated For The Grenzebach Award For Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation. He Is A Trained Jewish Shaman And Spiritual Director.
