Life of Words

Derek A. Guivens led his life in a somewhat haphazard fashion constructing a frame around himself which consisted mainly of music and literature. This supporting frame allowed him to explore deep friendships with like-minded individuals and eventually led him to the love of his life Paula. Derek expressed himself in poetry more than anything else and due to his somewhat guarded nature his friends and family were often left to interpret his drive opinions and emotions through his art. This book is a collection of brush strokes which gathered together form a picture of a man who exited too soon.
