Divided into 5 sections – Women’s Health Fat Loss Savasana and Pranayama Intermediate and Light on Yoga for youth each section talks to its target group of students yet it is not limited to one or either group. It is a humble effort to help students teachers or curious minds to clear doubts about Yoga Iyengar system in particular. Our aim at Shriyog is to create independent students and long-term practitioners who have complete control of their physical health diet breath and mind. This is a small step towards it.
