Ageing is a gradual process and is retirement is not cut off date for anything. When we retire it does not mean that we sit ideal at home. We have to make effort to keep ourselves active healthy and happy so that we continue to lead a good life with the family we live-in and be useful to our society which has given us so much. Good health is neither inherited not can be purchased from doctors. We have to make efforts for it so that we can maintain ourselves mentally and physically and do not age faster. This book discusses four elements of good health especially for senior citizens. First one is adequate sleep. The second one is proper exercise focusing more on morning walk yoga and yogic exercises. Third one is about proper diet discussing more on good eating habits and inclusion of green vegetables fruits and nuts in our daily diet. In the subsequent chapters the author clearly emphasize that adequate sleep proper exercise and proper diet are not enough to keep us healthy happy and wise but we need more than that …Our leisure time our thought process and our attitude towards life and our karma is the real worship to God
