Light of the Distant Lamppost

<p><strong>Dryland spread everywhere and I was tired of it.</strong></p><p></p><p>The Distant Lamppost is the source of all light from the mountain peak. Tian is the last chosen by the Distant Lamppost to reach the valley on the other side as he is guided by an elephant companion Elo.</p><p></p><p>While death and decay leave the mountain colorless the valley is full of vibrancy. Everyone journeys up the mountain but not everyone reaches the other side.</p><p></p><p>There are dark forces at work to keep Tian from reaching the end. In these writings he recounts his progress from the cold shadows of the mountain to the marvelous light of the Distant Lamppost.</p>
