Light Verses....Just for Laughs

<p>These verses will allow us to leave for a few moments our world of conflict and chaos and enter into a Realm of ridiculous wry wit and fun.</p> <p>They are certain to elicit some smiles a few chuckles and maybe a belly laugh or two.</p> <p>Some of them were published years ago on the Postscripts Page of The Saturday Evening Post; some of them in the Pepper and Salt section of The Wall Street Journal; and some of them including a contest winning limerick in Arizona the weekly magazine section of The Arizona Republic: and one in McCall's.</p> <p>The author has also published more serious verses in the Ensign and The Friend religious publications and a book of limericks Let There be Limericks a Light Look at the Bible.</p>
