Lignin and Tannin as Green Wood Adhesives

Biomass is a promising source of energy that can replace fossil fuels. Thus it is important in sustainable production. Biomass resources are cheaper compared with other resources such as crude oil and natural gas. Much interest has been directed toward the production of environment-friendly polymeric products from lignin and tannin biomass materials and their derivatives which are abundant renewable resources.
