Like a Slam

<p>This book is a collection of poetry and thoughts that dictate a state of mind an emotion a situation personally lived or witnessed.</p><p>Mostly sounding like slam it highlights a perspective written to vent to be at peace and overall to bring closure.</p><p>The inspiration came from the author's life mainly but it also was derived from her surroundings and complete strangers with whom she had the chance to exchange stories and talk about life in its beauty and complexity.</p>
