Over 20000 youth are released from the foster care system each year who have turned 18 and are no longer considered wards of the court. What happens to these children who have been shuttled from house to house but rarely find a home? This is their story portrayed by the mythical Li'l Gnome who seeks a home before aging out. With no family of his own to return to Li'l Gnome will begin his adult life extremely disadvantaged but for his own resiliency.
