Limbo

Limbo is a place where lost confused souls go and becomes the meeting place of three disparate characters await Gods judgment for their suicides. A nun Sister Margaret who failed to save a baby from her homicidal mother took her life over psychological torment and guilt. Next is a handsome virile young bank executive Michael who killed himself after witnessing his fiancées horrible death in a driving accident thus becoming mentally disturbed ending in his eventual suicide. Lastly is a beautiful blonde socialite Daphne who comes from a very wealthy inbred family whose eccentricities include nefarious sexual perversions and kills herself after a very debauched life. In this five-act scene thought provoking play it is shown how these characters vie their place in heaven and let God ultimately become the judge whether or not their souls would stay in Limbo forever.
