Lines of Control

Charlotte Westbrook maverick Inspector General in the Department of Health and Human SerVietnameseces investigates medical fraud. When three medical students are found murdered on a university hospital campus she steps outside the bounds of her office to seek the killer. In doing so she puts both herself and her career in jeopardy in this gripping murder mystery tied to the political and social issues of the day.
