Phraseological units are an integral part of any language and knowing these dialects interpreting them adequately and translating them is proof that all expressions fictions and works of art are translated correctly and adequately. In this context it should be concluded that translators should follow the use and application of the target language when translating phraseological units. Summarizing the above information we conclude that the most common methods of translating phraseological units are: translation using absolute and relative equivalents phraseological analogues metaphor opposite translation translation paraphrase and synonymous translation. Phraseological units (in this study we will look at phrases proverbs and parables) are the normative and culturally defined part of a word proving to be an effective source of accepting English as a foreign language. It is therefore important to use phraseological units such as proverbs and parables in practical phonetics classes to pronounce the prosodic features of English and the sounds of English vowels and consonants that differ from the sounds of the Russian phonetic system.
