Liquidation and Termination of Corporations

The main problem that arises is the formalization and registration of transfers either by award donation or purchase and sale -as an act of regularization- of assets that are part of the remaining assets of extinct companies; assets that were registered in favor of such companies but were not taken into account at the time of liquidation and therefore were not distributed as provided in articles 419 and 420 of the General Companies Law.
