Listen to Your F*CKing HEART

<p><span style=color: rgba(0 0 0 1)>I lost myself in sickness. For I like many of us was on a path of destruction towards money power and keeping up with the Joneses to the point that I almost did not have a life to keep up with anymore.</span></p><p></p><p><span style=color: rgba(0 0 0 1)>My blessing came eight years ago when my mom dragged me to a very reputable U.S. hospital thinking I was dying only to find out I had pushed my body to its limits and had no choice but to find a way to do it all differently.</span></p><p></p><p><span style=color: rgba(0 0 0 1)>I have lost everything on my journey back to myself--my career path my marriage my home my old life. But I've gained happiness and peace from the inside out and what I see in my kids--kindness compassion and love--tells me that regardless of the pain I have felt I am on the right path forward.</span></p><p></p><p><span style=color: rgba(0 0 0 1)>Choosing me. Choosing happiness. Choosing to listen to my heart.</span></p><p></p><p><span style=color: rgba(0 0 0 1)>We must choose LOVE because love that is cultivated from the inside out has the power to create all that you have ever desired.</span></p>
