Literature Review of refinance policy by the private commercial banks

The greatest achievement is SME development by women entrepreneurs who have taken tremendous risks in spite of the impediments to their out-house activities and also overcome numerous constraints to women’s empowerment in this country (Midas 2009).From the research it has been explored after starting the business 70% get support from their family where 30% do not get support from their family .On the other hand management of capital for starting & operating the business is a big challenge for the women entrepreneur. That’s why Bangladesh bank has introduced refinance scheme for the development of women entrepreneur.
