Little Laysia

Little Laysia is a collection of forty-two poems dating as far back as 2009 of the inner most thoughts and feelings of a growing hopeless romantic teenaged girl in the midst of personal storms and chaos. Malaysia discusses heart breaks internal and external dramas rough life-changing events good times catfishing (before the term existed) and even the contemplation of suicide. At the end of it all this is a representation of overcoming such obstacles which truly were stepping stones; a testament and celebration of courage faith and strength through the storm. Everything happens for a reason and she's eternally grateful to all seeming misfortunes and pure creativity that allowed for the birth of this work. Thank you all.
