Littoral

<p>This fascinating volume of lyrical poetry is comprised of two ways with words. The first is nature journal as lyrical poetry a reporting in which the poet-chronicler takes us into a new and watery world with discoveries miles from what I had in mind each episodic movement an arrival. The second is juxtaposed anecdotes that connect with each other in multiple and surprising relations (three a fourth and then a fifth sequential). Writing of this kind sometimes flirts with playful surrealism and post-modern montage.  The two ways with words are often found together in remarkable and convincing movements. <em>Littoral</em> is a laudable achievement. It is a wonderful relaxing read filled with beautiful imagery. Vibrant and alive each page has a life of its own.</p>
