Live It Up

Live It Up is a collection of words that rhyme and expand consciousness and time. These poems have moved and shifted me at different points in my life-when I felt separate stuck alone desperate hopeful grateful and everything in between. They continue to inspire me to live more authentically heal my being embrace my space and open my heart.I hope these words remind you of who you truly are what you're capable of and where your strength lies-not in the ego that keeps us separate but in the heart that keeps us centered and connected to the whole source of life.
