Livin' and Cookin' in the Park

<p>This cookbook originates from <strong>the Colorado mountain community </strong>of Park County <strong>the home of South Park</strong>. Longtime county residents contributed recipes images and history within the cookbook to benefit the establishment of a <strong>Platte Canyon Health Services District in Northeast Park County</strong>. The recipes are necessarily <strong>high-altitude focused</strong> and the images reflect <strong>the region's beauty and the incredible diversity of animal and plant life.</strong> The brief histories reflect the <strong>authentic story of westward expansion in the 19</strong><sup><strong>th</strong></sup><strong> century the discovery of gold in them thar hills the Ute Native population</strong> and the gradual development of what is today a county the size of Delaware with a population of less than 20000 people.      </p>
