Living a Purposeful Life

When I reached my 30th birthday I suddenly felt like something had changed I was what I considered my father to be a grown-up. I began to ask questions about where I was going in life and what was important to me. That questioning process led me to explore the world of Personal Development this journey of discovery helped me become a better person and it opened a door to a successful career in training and being a Life Coach.The idea of this book is to encourage those in their 30s and early 40s to take some time.
