Local banking operations

The means of payment allow you to use the money you have in your deposit account or in cash to pay your expenses and debts. Interbank systems allow for exchange and clearing. This paper will show how banks organize themselves to process their operations and more specifically those of commercial paper under the supervision of the Central Bank of West African States (BCEAO).
