This research paper has made a study on the logistics practices of Ethiopian medium and large leather footwear manufacturing firms with regard to customer service inventory management supply transportation and warehousing.The study also tried to identify the critical logistics challenges of the sectorand it is believed that it will have a great significance for footwear manufacturing firmspolicy makers and investors.Additionallythe study will serve as a point of departure for further research by academicians.
