Loki's Conflict

The Dark Elves decided to avenge Thrym's honor by kidnaping Thor and punishing him as well as taking back his hammer. The Light Elves overheard the plan and feared that the Dark Elves would wage war against them as well to own all three worlds at the far ends of Iceland. The Light Elves informed Odin father of all fathers of this plan requesting his help to protect their world. Odin and Frigg fearing for their son's life planned a battle to free him. Sadly they needed to depend almost totally on one person to get Thor back with his hammer Loki.
