LONG JOURNEY SHORT BACKPACK

This includes choosing to sart the day free of worries ratehr that continuing to think about what we did yesterday or what will we do in a month´s time.</span></p><p><span style=background-color: rgba(255 255 255 1); color: rgba(15 17 17 1)>We also address the issue of preparing to go to work or run our businesses. Similarly we can choose to burden our mnds with multiple concerns before facing what lies ahead.. This has become so commonplace that we have come to believe the person who worries the most is the most responsible.</span></p><p><span style=background-color: rgba(255 255 255 1); color: rgba(15 17 17 1)>In many other areas such as food finances personal relationships or illness we worry so much that we forget to enjoy life.</span></p><p><span style=background-color: rgba(255 255 255 1); color: rgba(15 17 17 1)>I the book we explore ways to deal with this situations and try to keep our mind fresh and motivated.
