Long Working Time Brings What DIsadvantages To Organizations

Any organizations hope their employees can spend long time or overtime to work every day in order to bring productivity raises or improve performance or efficiency but they negect long working time will bring what negative influence to employee individual emotion and working behavior even how it can influence whole teams and organizational performance.
