Samuel Plummer the older brother of the disgraced sheriff Henry Plummer escapes being hanged by the Montana vigilantes and travels back to Nevada to start a new life with his new wife Sandra and his adopted son Sam Henry.</p><p>At Buckland Station Samuel grows tired of working for his father-in-law and convinces Sandra they need a place of their own. After moving to Wyoming Territory their lives are changed forever following several unfortunate setbacks and one unbearable loss.</p><p>As Samual attempts to heal he journeys to the gold and silver mines in Tin Cup Colorado hoping to find his runaway teenage son and four-year-old daughter. While he scours the area he experiences the same lawlessness and mayhem he thought he had escaped years earlier when he left Montana Territory.</p><p></p>
