This is a book of letters I wrote to my daughters starting when my daughters were toddlers and continuing for over thirty years. Many parents like me are not skilled at expressing their feelings. Writing expressive letters or notes-leaving them in your child's lunch box under her pillow in her backpack taped to the steering wheel wherever-can go a long way toward strengthening your parent-child relationship. What parents don't long to connect deeply with their children? Sadly the pressures and demands of daily life conspire to stop this from happening. Writing a love letter to your child is an effective way to strengthen your unique bond with your child and show her how much you care.
