<p>Trina is a full-time student while working at a hotel during the day and for a club at</p><p>night. While in the midst of an abusive relationship she meets someone who makes her</p><p>realize that if she stays in it she'll probably end up dead Trina has kept her family at a</p><p>distance making excuse after excuse as to why they couldn't see her. Even going as far as</p><p>not giving them her address so that they couldn't pop up on her. Her best friend Cheyenne</p><p>is concerned and seeing how she shows up at work on a day-to-day basis makes her</p><p>wonder what is going on when their not together.</p><p><br></p><p>Jamere meets Trina in class and is immediately taken to her. He can see the pain in</p><p>her eyes. The fear she holds around other people. But her is the one person who refuses to</p><p>just ignore it. He knows that at the very least he could be a friend to her. Someone no one</p><p>she knew knew about. And if it came down to it she could come to him for safety. Even if</p><p>she didn't know it at the time they met.</p><p><br></p><p>Jamere goes to school during the day and works at a warehouse at night. He has a</p><p>little sister that he loves with all his heart. After witnessing his mother in an abusive</p><p>relationship with his father when he was a child he knows the signs. But he doesn't want</p><p>to assume nor does he want to scare Trina away. So he just treats her with kindness in</p><p>hopes that she will get to the point where she knows that she can trust him.</p><p>Trina and Jamere meet in a time when they are both in need of something.
