Were you ever labeled a s Bad because you were misunderstood or called crazy because you were different? Love Me Too is about an African American boy named Darryl who is teased by his peers because he appears to be different and labeled as bad by some of his teachers. In his school environment Darryl struggles with coping with ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder) as well as the desire to be accepted by his classmates and his teachers. Like most children who have a mental health diagnosis Darryl is misunderstood. On a daily basis Darryl is teased by his classmates but he stands up for himself.
