Loving Jesus

<p>When we think about following Jesus we tend to think in terms of what we should be doing habits we should be developing heart issues we need to deal with. But what if when Jesus said Follow Me He was talking first of all about learning to love Him and developing a friendship with Him? What if He is longing more for our hearts than our actions?</p><p></p><p>The purest love flows out of the most intimate relationships and that's what many of the people found whose stories you will read in this book. That's what the Apostle Paul was thinking about when he prayed that we might experience the love of Christ (Ephesians 3:19).</p><p></p><p>If you have been longing for a deeper friendship with Jesus you will be encouraged as you meet some of the people who knew Jesus best and found in Him their heart's dearest treasure. </p>
