Lucky Penny

Lucky Penny is a visit to the 1970's of Columbus Ohio where the narrator accidentally finds a delightful neighborhood while recovering from love lost. Visits to a skilled counselor reveal the scars from an abusive childhood. The narrator is an artist working for a sign company that teaches him many life lessons. To become friends with a deaf co-worker he learns sign language and finger spelling. After much self-discovery a path forward becomes apparent.
