<p>In the state of Massachusetts the town of BinxWood neighbors the iconic Salem. Though BinxWood is not without its own twisted Halloween mischief and every finger is pointed to one place. McFaden Manor. Like the townspeople Police Chief Wilder and Mayor Chandler are fed up with the manor and wish it gone. But as things appear to be getting worse an unexpected ally arrives in town in the form of Lucy an old friend of Wilder's assistant Gretchen.
