As a child Viktor Cross engaged in a demented game with an older women that festered into a sexual appetite for blood. As a man to achieve carnal release there must be blood and there's only one way for him to get it.......kill. When his only friend is murdered Viktor goes after those responsible which includes longtime Newark gangster Mack Arsenault. Throw a woman and her young son into the mix and he must have each base covered...all while dressed as a nightmarish clown.
