Machiavellianism

Machiavellian political laws prescribe that we act in a way that promotes human dignity respect for freedom and the rights of citizens. Indeed according to Machiavelli the politician who puts the well-being of the people or the general interest at the forefront of his actions cannot subordinate public interests to personal property. His philosophy far from being a place where citizens' rights and freedoms are violated is a ferment a compass for all princes wishing to bring happiness to their fellow citizens. It is the very exaltation of people's rights.
