<p><strong>In 1969 as the Vietnam War reaches a boiling point Jack Tagger makes a choice that could cost him everything-he refuses the draft and goes on the run.</strong></p><p>Seeking peace he hides out on a remote barrier island off Sunset Beach North Carolina.
