<p>Magical Twists: East Meets West explores how ingredients from one cuisine can be skilfully woven into the other introducing an interesting twist in the original recipe of that State. Contrary to popular belief there are a lot of similarities in the eating habits of the people of Goa and West Bengal. Yet each cuisine is distinct and has its own character. Drawing out the similarities and leveraging the harmony in ingredients and flavours these recipes have been created where an original Goan recipe has been given a Bengali twist and vice versa. Some family classics and my favourites have been faithfully documented too.</p>
