Living within a culture that devalues feminine divinity can have far-reaching effects for both genders in that it impedes psychic balance but its loss has deeper reaching threads of disharmony for females who face the transition into womanhood in a culture that denigrates the value wisdom and essence of the feminine principle. This is an exploration into a girl's transformation into womanhood and how that transition can be supported in the context of relationships both with herself and with others. The Red Tent manifests itself as a real and grounding structure while simultaneously becoming a liminal and alchemically transformative space.
