Most of the book follows his Domain Focusing Self Guiding Form. -- This manual includes articles Suzanne has written for other publishers such as The Focusing Connection; chapters from her books Loving At the Edge: Recovery Emerging and Enlivened Community and a few poems from her private poetry collections.
