Dr. Prakash Meti born on July 1 1986 is the Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Panchakarma at Sumandeep Ayurved Medical College and Hospital Vadodara. He holds a B.A.M.S. (2010) from SKAMC Badami an MD in Panchakarma (2014) from DGM Ayurvedic Medical College Gadag and a PhD in Panchakarma (2024) from SDM College of Ayurveda Hassan. He also completed an MS in Counseling & Psychotherapy from Kuvempu University Karnataka and certifications in research methodologies and scientific writing from ICMR. With nearly a decade of experience Dr. Meti has been teaching Panchakarma research methodology and biostatistics since 2014. He is a recognized guide examiner and an active participant in academic and professional events having organized and chaired several national and international seminars and workshops. Dr. Meti has published 16 research papers on topics such as osteoarthritis erectile dysfunction and Ayurvedic formulations with notable publications in European Chemical Bulletin and International Ayurvedic Medical Journal. He has delivered over 50 presentations in esteemed conferences including the World Ayurveda Congress. His accolades include the Best Paper Presentation Award (2023) and an Oral Presentation Winner at a National Conference (2013). Known for his expertise in Panchakarma and clinical research Dr. Meti continues to contribute to Ayurveda through teaching research and professional engagements making him a respected authority in the field.
