MALHAR: The Muse of my Soul : An Anthology

...But the days of delight were soon clouded by my postpartum depression. Having a vague idea regarding this condition and its consequences I started taking deliberate measures to make myself busy and productive. I took my diary and a pen stayed awake during nights fed my new born every now and then. Under the dim light of zero watt bulb with the company of a little glow-worm who often comes into our room which I love to believe is the soul of my loyal dog who sincerely served us for 15 long years and left us on last November. The chorus of the chirpy crickets took away the silence of nights.
