This study examines the risk of malnutrition among HIV-positive pregnant women in Tarka LGA Benue State. Using a quantitative survey findings show that 69.8% lack access to nutritious foods 74.6% stress the importance of nutritional education and 68.2% support targeted educational programs. Additionally 73.0% link malnutrition to adverse health outcomes 71.4% to worsened maternal outcomes 79.3% to stigma and 73.0% to socioeconomic barriers. The study recommends targeted nutritional programs educational initiatives stigma reduction and enhanced community support systems.
