Mama You Still Matter

<p>Motherhood: the hardest most rewarding job on the planet that grows us teaches us stretches us and fills our heart with more love than we could ever imagine. But what happens when we burn out? What happens when we lose our steam and feel as we have lost the woman we once were? What do we do when we feel as if we have nothing left to give? The answer is simple. We must stop putting ourselves last. We must remember that in order to love others and be the best mama we can possibly be we must first nurture our mind body and soul and let go of the guilt that surrounds us.
