Mammographic procedures

Breast cancer is currently the second cause of death of the female sex in Cuba and mammography is the invaluable means of diagnosis for its early detection. Due to the transformations that arose in the training of Imaging Technologists as well as the rapid technological scientific progress of Imaging led to identify weaknesses from the theoretical and practical point of view in their modes of action. Designing a booklet for mammography procedures or techniques for these imaging professionals was the author's objective a proposal that satisfies society's demands and is evaluated by imaging specialists as novel and pertinent to provide a solution to this problem.
